Yang Guang Qing International School of Beijing offers each student opportunities for excellence in the pursuit of academic achievement within the framework of a challenging Canadian - based, English-language curriculum.
The emphasis in YGQ°Įs High School is on developing the intellectual curiosity and academic achievement needed for admission to top Universities and Colleges in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. The educational program is that of a traditional North American college preparatory school. The language of instruction is English, with required courses for all students in Chinese.

YGQ offers:

Manitoba Blended program: the Manitoba High School Curriculum and Diploma in addition to the National Chinese program and Diploma. Most students earn both diplomas.
Manitoba international program: the Manitoba High school curriculum in its entirety.Some classes are given in Chinese.Yang Guang Qing also partners with Sino Bright Schools and British Columbia School District 47 to offer a three year British Columbia program through which enrolled students earn an official BC High-school graduation diploma. The last semester is done in a Canadian high school located in British Columbia.
